Long-proven conversion processes as a replacement for conventional chromating processes, known as the "ENVIROX" process, with and without rinsing technology. The liquid products can be dosed automatically and can be used in spraying, dipping and flushing processes. All systems are approved by Qualicoat and GSB International for the powder coating of aluminium.

  • Alfipas 745-Alfipas 746 (ENVIROX S – process) - titanium-based, 2K corrosion protection process that requires rinsing, suitable for aluminium surfaces. Successful 10-year outdoor exposure test - GSB International
  • Alficoat 748 und 748/3 (ENVIROX NR – process) - titanium-based, 1K - "no-rinse" corrosion protection process, suitable for aluminium surfaces. Successful 10-year outdoor exposure test - GSB International
  • Alficoat 748 und 748/3 (ENVIROX PREANO – process) - special 1K "no-rinse" post-treatment. For pre-anodised aluminium surfaces, in particular to improve the adhesion of subsequent powder coatings
  • Alfipas 7816 (ENVIROX SG – process) - zirconium-based 1K corrosion protection process. Improves corrosion protection and paint adhesion on iron/steel and aluminium surfaces, also suitable for zinc surfaces. Successful 10-year outdoor exposure test - GSB International
