Your responsibilities
- Technical support and advice for our customers in Belgium in the area of chemical pre-treatment and anodising processes.
- Organising training courses and seminars at customer sites and providing technical instruction in the use of our products.
- Analysis and optimisation of customer processes in the area of chemical pre-treatment and the anodising process.
- Close cooperation with the sales team and support in identifying customer needs.
- Support with the introduction of new products and technologies for our customers.
- Maintaining business relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Creation of technical reports and documentation for customer projects.
Your profile
- Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in the chemical pre-treatment and/or anodising of aluminium.
- In-depth knowledge of the application and optimisation of chemical surface treatment processes.
- Strong communication skills and customer-orientation with the ability to explain complex technical issues in an understandable way.
- High willingness to travel within Belgium as well as occasional visits to the company headquarters in Andernach.
- Very good knowledge of French and/or Dutch; good knowledge of English is an advantage.
- An independent and goal-orientated way of working and a high degree of initiative.
