But this no longer has to be the case. With the Fastseal<sup>AL<\/sup> process from Alufinish, you can save a lot of time in the anodising process. Nowadays 2 min.\/\u00b5m are already possible by using suitable hot sealing additives while still maintaining acceptable sealing values. With the new Fastseal<sup>AL<\/sup> process (Alfiseal 938) you can achieve a further time advantage. Anodised surfaces can be pretreated with this process with only half the sealing time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The process also offers other advantages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alfiseal 938 is&nbsp;metal-free and requires&nbsp;no subsequent rinsing&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;surface<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduction&nbsp;of&nbsp;hot&nbsp;sealing time to&nbsp;up&nbsp;to 1 min.\/\u00b5m, even&nbsp;with&nbsp;coloured&nbsp;surfaces<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good&nbsp;sealing&nbsp;quality&nbsp;despite&nbsp;shorter&nbsp;sealing&nbsp;times<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prolongation of&nbsp;bath&nbsp;life due to &#8220;never-dump&#8221; operation, easy filtration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seal additive can&nbsp;be&nbsp;analysed&nbsp;for&nbsp;quality-compliant&nbsp;application<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At 2 minutes\/\u00b5m hot&nbsp;sealing time a Qualanod &#8211; compliant&nbsp;operation&nbsp;is possible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In the anodising process, one step in especially takes a lot of time: hot sealing.
