Neben der t\u00e4glichen Eigen\u00fcberwachung in Pulverbeschichtungsbetrieben fordern verschiedene Qualit\u00e4tsgemeinschaften auch regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Korrosionstests beim Chemiehersteller oder in Instituten.<\/p>

Pr\u00fcfungen sind wichtig, um die gleichbleibende Oberfl\u00e4chenqualit\u00e4t kontrollieren und garantieren zu k\u00f6nnen. Um der Vielzahl der zu testenden Pr\u00fcfk\u00f6rper bei Alufinish gerecht zu werden, musste hierf\u00fcr in den letzten Jahren die Kapazit\u00e4t der Pr\u00fcfkammern deutlich erweitert werden. Heute stehen f\u00fcr diese Pr\u00fcfzwecke allein f\u00fcr den Essigs\u00e4ure-Salzspr\u00fchtest (AASS) 3 Kammern mit einem Pr\u00fcfraumvolumen von 2500 Litern zur Verf\u00fcgung. Diese Kammern sind zudem \u00fcber das Jahr hinweg st\u00e4ndig belegt. Auch die Anzahl der zu pr\u00fcfenden Muster im Filiformkorrosionstest (FFC) hat sich in den letzten Jahren deutlich erh\u00f6ht.<\/p>

Neben den eigentlichen Pr\u00fcfungen darf auch der Zeitaufwand f\u00fcr die Eingangsmeldung, Auswertung und Pr\u00fcfberichtsdokumentation nicht untersch\u00e4tzt werden. Der gesamte Pr\u00fcfprozess wird im Rahmen des bew\u00e4hrten Alufinish – Kundenservice erledigt.<\/p>

Ber\u00fccksichtigt man auch die anderen, durchgef\u00fchrten Pr\u00fcfungen, wie Kondenswasser-Konstantklima und neutralen Salzspr\u00fchtest, so ergibt sich eine Gesamtanzahl von 3308 Pr\u00fcfungen im Jahr 2021 – 2022. Hiervon entfallen dann etwa 54 % auf den AASS und 23 % auf FFC, sowie weitere 23 % auf die anderen Pr\u00fcfungen.<\/p>

In order to meet the large number of test specimens that have to be tested at Alufinish, the capacity of the test chambers had to be significantly expanded for this purpose in recent years. Today, 3 chambers with a test chamber volume of 2500 liters are available for these testing purposes for the acetic acid salt spray test (AASS) alone. These chambers are also constantly occupied throughout the year. The number of samples to be tested in the filiform corrosion test (FFC) has also increased significantly in recent years.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>In addition to the actual inspections, the time required for receiving notification, evaluation and inspection report documentation should not be underestimated.
