On December 23, 2020, the final decision of the European Commission on use type 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 of chromium trioxide until September 21, 2024 was published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It results in requirements for action for both authorisation holders and downstream users. We will therefore shortly provide a customer information for coating companies on the measures to be taken now.
